FREE Fundamentals Course

Before getting involved in our daily WOD classes (Workout Of the Day), you must complete two fundamentals classes.

Our introductory course is an introduction to the CrossFit methodology. It is set up to allow newcomers of all levels from novice to experienced athletes to learn the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFit in a small controlled class environment before joining in with regular classes. We teach you how to move safely and efficiently. We also include a workout at the end of it.

Mechanics

The first, and most important component of your CrossFit journey – making sure you can master the movements safely and correctly through our fundamentals.

Consistency

We want your 1st rep to look like your 100th rep. Consistently executing good movement mechanics over time will allow you to train better, and more often. The more efficient your technique is the most effective your road to better fitness will be.

Intensity

Intensity brings about results, but only if 01 and 02 are met first. More work in less time means higher average power output which in turn means higher intensity. Higher intensity means better results.
